This bacon is cured without the use of the preservative sodium-nitrate, so you know that your body will love the taste without the reaction some people may have.... For those who aren't affected, we also stock our regular bacon which is equally as tasty...so everyone gets there fix!!

Keep them in the freezer and whip them out when creating a soup, add chunks of the smoked meat into sauces to give depth in flavour, just a couple of idea that these guys are good for!!
