19.01.2022 Chilli scrambled eggs with smashed avo andmaple bacon Something we whipped up over the weekend since we were craving some brunch food! Please note we DON'Tserve this in-store! You can purchase our chilli oil online (westallspicecafe.com.au) or in-store.... Easy recipe for 2 below Scrambled eggs (5 eggs, 4 pinches of salt, 1 tsp of butter. Cook over a slow heat) Smashed avo (1 ripe avo, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of feta cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper. Smash it all together!) Maple bacon ( fry bacon on a frypan without oil till it crisps up. Coat in maple syrup) Chilli oil (drizzle your favouritechilli oil (AKA Westall Spice Cafe Chilli Oil) Garnish with feta cheese and serve with your favourite slice of bread!
