24.01.2022 VOLENTEER POSITION REQUIRED FOR 2021 With my departure from being part of the WATA organizational team to focus on a new career path it leaves the team a man short to help run the WA Bream Classics tournament series. Therefor WATA is in need of another volenteer to fill the role that I performed during my time at WATA. Being a non for profit organization this role is purely volunteer based so we are looking for someone to perform this role for the love of tournament fishing.... This role involves: 1. Discussing and voting on matters relating to the WA Bream Classics and other tournaments that we help run such as the Hobie kayak series and socials. 2. Helping set up the event site in the morning. 3. MC’ing the weigh in and presentation* (to be discussed) 4. Interviewing and taking down notes from the top 3 anglers after each event for the report. 5. Helping to pack up the event site. 6. Writing the report for the website and possibly for other magazines that cover our events. 7. Promoting the series sponsors through out the year with written pieces and videos. There are more things involved with the role but these are the main aspects of the role that will be required of you. If you express any interest in being the man or woman to perform this role then we ask you to private message us and we will be in contact with you shortly afterwards. Every show of interest will be greatly appreciated as we would like to see the WA Bream Classics remain a well run tournament series for many years into the future. Thanks WATA
