Jasmin and Damien have been a huge help with our Community Hub extensions planned for these holidays - we can't wait to see their vision completed when we come back to school on July 19.

17.01.2022 Our Class 2 participated in STEM action week citizen science and Homes and Hideaways lesson Kings Park Botanical Gardens Perth WA last week. 16.01.2022 Our Class 6 have completed their final project for primary school, a hand sewn doll, guided by our very experienced specialist teachers. No handmade doll is the same and the project requires determination and firm will as there is much sewing involved. Today we gathered for an assembly in which Class 6 spoke of the highs and lows of the project and students tried to guess whose doll was whose! Well done Class 6

15.01.2022 Thank you to Playgroup WA and South Bay Mommy and Me for this reminder to keep it simple. In Steiner schools we often refer to "open ended toys" - simple blocks or a bundle of sticks which can become whatever your little one imagines!

14.01.2022 Yesterday we held our Kindergarten 6 Crowning Ceremony. Each student crossed the threshold from kindergarten to meet their Class 1 Teacher who will take them through the primary years. Thank you to our EC Staff for their dedication, wisdom and love. The strong foundation that has been laid and their readiness to begin formal learning was evident in each and every child

09.01.2022 We were so pleased to have a visit from members of the Wanneroo Men’s Shed this week. They shared stories with some Class 6 woodworkers, tried out the shaving horse, admired the children’s work and shared a selection of their own work. We are looking forward to visiting them soon!
