18.01.2022 WOW. After having chemo and radiation for bowel cancer a few years ago and an almost fatal car accident at the same time I still think the dentist was the thin...g I was most scared of. Ive now had several visits to Western Sydney Smiles over the last few months with the first being the scariest. At my first visit I was met by the wonderful and friendly ladies who are just amazing. They are patient and understanding and friendly and the way they deal with people is as good as you could ever imagine. You forget your in a dentist surgery for a while and think your at the reception of a 5 star resort. If I was a dentist I know I would want these ladies working in my surgery. Then you meet Dr Ramesh who has such an amazing talent to make you feel calm. He explains exactly what is going to to happen and he finds ways to make you feel good about yourself. There is no judgement or criticism. Its all about positive messages and reassurance and making you feel like you are doing the right thing and have come to the right place. After several procedures the process was very relaxed and pain free in a very clean and professional environment with an amazing dentist and support staff. Today was my last appointment with Dr Ramesh for a little while which is both very relieving but also a bit sad after building such a great repore with him. I still have a few more visits with one of the other professionals and intend having all my future dental work done here. I assure you none of these comments were solicited and its rare that I review a business or recommend them. However, I feel that western Sydney smiles have excelled in every way and deserve to be highly recommended. No matter where you are in Sydney, these guys are worth a visit if you ever need their services. Amazing work everyone from a very happy patient!
