23.01.2022 ONLINE YOGA TOMORROW NIGHT Together with our near neighbours Assembly Yoga we are running a four-week online program of yoga and mindfulness to support you in managing stress and improving your overall wellbeing. You do not need any experience and everyone is welcome. These online sessions are free and will focus on very gentle movement and guided relaxation techniques. They are led by qualified yoga teacher Kayla Robertson.... 04.01.2022 We're excited to open up our community spaces for room hire again. We have two large and one small meeting room and offer business hours and after-hours hire. With social distancing requirements in place, our larger rooms can hold 7 people (downstairs room) and 8 people (upstairs room) and our small meeting room can hold 2 people. https://wfnh.com.au/content/room-hire/

04.01.2022 Our children's room at West Footscray Neighbourhood House is once again filled with children engaged in all kinds of play. Our three-year-old activity group has some spare places though. If you have a three-year-old we'd love to have them. Our three-year-old group runs on Thursdays and Fridays 9:15am-2:15pm. We have families using one day, both days, or using a combination of the three-year-old days and the mixed-age days....
