13.01.2022 Are you a fan of women’s footy? Want to build on the success of women’s footy at the Roosters? Keen to try your hand at coaching in a great team environment? Well look no further and put your hand up for the position of Assistant Coach to support the Senior Women’s Head Coach for the 2020 WRFL season! We are looking for someone who: ... Can lead, manage and develop players of all skill levels. Thrives in a team environment. Has strong interpersonal skills. Actively supports the growth and development of women’s footy at the Roosters. Is able to create an environment that is challenging, enjoyable and inclusive. You should be ready to get amongst it and: Instruct, provide input and attend training sessions. Provide game day leadership and coaching expertise for the senior women’s team. Work with the Head Coach to ensure that consistent coaching plans and strategies are applied. Provide regular individual player and group player feedback. Become a part of the Roosters family and the WFFC community. Interested parties are encouraged to apply via email. Please include any recent coaching experience, contact details and any other relevant information. This a voluntary position and will form part of the club’s senior women’s coaching group. We strongly encourage women to apply, and the role can be undertaken as a playing or non-playing assistant coach.
