25.01.2022 Our AGM was conducted on Sunday the 29th of November. In what has obviously a challenging year, the club is pleased to announce that throughout season 2020 we have been able to uphold our financial position and increase participation levels across all age groups within the club. Alex will also oversee our Football Department which will provide support for our senior coaching staff and ensure our Junior and Youth Academy programs continue to provide an adequate and sustainable developmental platform into senior football. Launceston City Football Club is also pleased to announce that Craig Perkins will remain as a Director in 2021. Along with Craig's recommitment we are delighted to welcome a familiar face as a Director for season 2021. Welcome aboard Joshua Perry!

15.01.2022 Some of our U12 Academy players were in action today at the Kingston SAP Festival. The team enjoyed themselves and performed very well under coach Michael Frost..., ending the day with 3 wins from their 3 games. Well done team! 15.01.2022 This afternoon our Under 14’s played their second match of the day against Devonport in the Youth Championship Series. Trailing 1 nil early on the boys battled ...their way to draw level in the first half but it wasn’t enough as Devonport ran out eventual 4-2 winners at Churchill Park. Jamie Richardson

09.01.2022 One of our talented U12 goalkeepers Tyson Rusden has been presented with the opportunity to trial with A-League club the Central Coast Mariners next week. A tho...roughly deserved opportunity, Tyson has never stopped training and improving this year, seeking extra training sessions at every opportunity outside of U12 team trainings with coach Alex Turner. We wish you the best of luck next week Tyson and look forward to hearing all about it and we are sure you’ll impress the Mariners throughout your time there! Jamie Richardson
