05.01.2022 Better Health - just found out low on Vitamin B12 & D so suffer from Fatigue & Tiredness for 6 months which aligns with my whole food plant based diet. As you only get B12 from animal products. (Go figure) So big changes ahead I am already taking supplements and feeling 110% better. So if your feeling like shit and your a vegan get your B12 levels checked or next time at doctor's just get them to arrange a blood test.
