15.01.2022 Who remembers when a similar thing happened to Todd in WA... you can only laugh! The story goes like this; Todd bought an old house (only) from a builder who was going to build a new house on a clients block of land. He engaged a house relocating company to move the house from one block to his block approx 1klm down the road. So the house was cut into two pieces and then each half was loaded onto the back of a huge flat bed truck and relocated to his block and then the halves... were put back together. So a week later the builder, who Todd brought the house from, rang him and said " I thought you said the house was gone already?" - Todd told hime, yeah it was. It was at this time the builder turned around to see a vacant block of land with some rubble on it, where there was a house a week ago. He then drove down the road to see the same house now put onto Todd's block of land. After a few swear words, the builder rang the house relocation company and told them they took the wrong house.
