I for one knew nothing about Motor Neourone Disease until someone I know was diagnosed with it. Did you know... Motor Neourone Disease is currently incurable. It's caused by a problem with cells in the brain and nerves called motor neurones. These cells gradually stop working ove...r time. People with MND become increasingly disabled. Life expectancy after diagnosis is one to five years, with 10 per cent of people with MND living 10 years or more. It kills a third of people within a year and more than half within two years of diagnosis. Help us help the @mndfoundation and know you're contributing to the change in someone's life.
