21.01.2022 OMG! Straight after One Day Access BarsWorkshop, I ran Bars on an 84-year old lady. She was suffering depression, could hardly walk due to back pain. After the session, her depression and back pain was gone. And also, she has reported she has slept well since then.- I.A.

You don't need to "contract" yourself, and acknowledge/ appreciate who you truly are. Thanks to co-host, The Coolum Women's shed and Nelle. It was a lovely meeting. The Coolum Women's shed is wonderful place to connect with friendly & like minded people, sharing knowledge & skills, and empower each other.
