25.01.2022 Another special we have running for this fortnight is the whole grass fed eye fillet for $38.95/Kg which would otherwise be $54.95/Kg. Due to excess production from the beginning of the Covid-19 outbreak and current loss of the China export we will be seeing some good prices on some of our premium cuts over the next month. This is a real steal, and we are happy to cryovac and portion cut for no extra cost.

20.01.2022 Mum always told me to never play with my sausage after cutting chillis but Ill never learn the FARKANOT sausage is the perfect blend of heat and flavour. 2 bottles of our new sh*t the bed hot sauce and 10 ghost peppers should be enough to give you the kick youve been looking for without burning the ass out of your pants Since we used fresh ghost peppers the heat is pretty well dispersed but each sausage can vary with heat so please consume with caution.

Introducing the French lamb and potato -lamb, rosemary, garlic, white wine, onion and French mustard topped off with a frenched lamb cutlet $8.50 each... Korean bbq chicken -chicken, soy sauce, sweet chilli, garlic, sesame oil and seeds, carrot and shallots with a panko crumbed lid for a the best crunchy texture Feedback would be much appreciated as we only have 1 more week to make some changes before being sent away.

13.01.2022 A pie Ive been making for a couple of weeks now, inspired by the tiger king show. The crying tiger- traditionally is meant to bring tears to your eyes because its so hot. Beef, rice, Asian sauces, shallots and sriracha sauce. This one packs a bit of a kick... And if the pie doesnt bring tears to your eyes then hopefully this photo of me and carole baskin does and if that fails, maybe youll shed a tear over the first batch I made that I dropped the whole rack of..
