16.01.2022 Today I decided to meal prep a meatloaf for dinner tonight. I had some extra beef mince, chopped an onion, garlic and added a couple of tablespoons of Billy The Bandit Beef Rub! Mixed it all together and placed it into my loaf pan. Around 6.30pm I’ll put it into the oven at 180 degrees for 30mins or until fully cooked through.
