Keep a batch in the fridge for breakfast or kids lunches Here's the recipe: Ingredients:... 8 rashers of bacon 12 eggs Method: Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a muffin tray with extra virgin oil or coconut oil. Cut the bacon rashers in half. If you are avoiding soy, feel free to use coconut aminos instead. The addition of dehydrated bone broth can help with the gut healing process too! Here's the recipe:... Ingredients: 1kg chicken wings 1/4 cup honey (local) 1/2 cup tamari or coconut aminos 1 tsp chilli paste (optional) 2 tsp dehydrated bone broth (optional) Directions: Place the chicken wings in a large glass bowl.
