16.01.2022 That's it! I'm calling bullshit on myself. The story I have been trying to put out there just isn't me. I have been comparing myself to everyone I thought was better than me. I have been trying to imitate them and portray a picture of perfect. Hating and doubting myself more every day. Who can live up to striving for perfection? The story I was trying to put out there was so bullshit, I scared myself away for almost a whole month. I just couldn't keep showing up feeling lik...e a complete fraud. I started Whole Food Mumma when my life was absolutely falling apart. It was my lifeline. I had grabbed hold of the one thing I had complete control over: My own health. I was determined to heal myself from the inside out. And it worked. It really worked. I felt great. But life happens. I should have been more prepared. Like, derr, you can't expect to just fix yourself once and you never need to work on it again. So I thought to myself today, "what would happen if you were just put it all out there?". What if I share how I got to the lowest point I’ve ever been. Share how I’ve worked so fucking hard to get to who I am today. And share how I am working on myself every day. So here I am.
