11.01.2022 Following our noses through #pambulavillage recently SS ended up in the new home of all good things caffeine @wildryesroastingco and found the delightful ...duo of Head Roaster Tom and his dedicated colleague Dan hard at work transforming #coffeebeans into the wonderful local product so many of us love Tom has worked in the coffee industry for 7 years, roasting for 4-5, for @meccacoffee in Sydney and @marvellstreet of #byronbay. #moruya born, he looks pretty happy with his career choice right now What we learned? Filtered coffee is on the rise - expressive, with a clean, soft finish and loads of caffeine, plus a pleasure to imbibe nude (un-cloaked by milk), we’d have to agree and that’s a big statement from such die-hard espresso fans as us!
