They have revived the most glorious English-style villa in the tiny village of Picinisco into an intimate fine dining establishment and boutique hotel: 'Villa Inglese'. Ben Hirst was one of Rome's most renowned chefs until making the move to the Comino Valley just over a year ago. We seriously can't wait to include dining at Villa Inglese in our itineraries.
