15.01.2022 Started with a photoshoot last year, but this year Stu stepped it up to whole new level getting up on stage and competing! End result was epic and his level of conditioning insane! Placed 3rd out of a quality field of 12 competitors in first timers division

A hell of a lot of commitment, discipline, sacrifice and work ethic went into building this physique over the past 5 months Massive congratulations to her and how well she stuck to the plan. No missed sessions and nutrition was on point all the way through!... The end result shows it! Absolutely stoked for her! Looking forward to a big 2021! Big thanks to @portagram for the awesome shots and for making it a great experience all round. And of course the shoot sensei @gem_ursino for styling help and all your guidance on shoot day. Appreciate it!
