13.01.2022 A recent renovation design for a luxury residence on the top of Burleigh Hill, before photo and after 3D. Due to this being a 4th storey on Burleigh hill it will be a special council application so we have designed it sensitively to fit in with the area and although we have added a new floor it almost fits into the existing roof heights without much of an increase.

13.01.2022 Here's some of the interior design of luxury Burleigh Heads renovation project. We tried a few alternatives for the new kitchen including a timber floor for the warmth that it gives. Also an initial sketch of the external. Who likes the timber floor over the concrete I wonder? Have your say.

11.01.2022 Imagine having a window into your own swimming pool from your living room. Better than TV, you can watch your own aquatic events from your couch. This is our 3rd design incorporating this theme. The windows are getting bigger as the glass is getting cheaper.

09.01.2022 At this time of year a lot of people talk about the year they've had, but at Gold Coast Building Designers the month of June is enough to rave about. So far this month we've: 1/. Started the design of what has to be the Gold Coast's busiest and most popular Yoga Centre. 2/. Finished the Design and documentation of what's going to be one of the Gold Coast's hip new Tapas restaurants in Robina. 3/. Finished the design and documentation of one of the largest homes we've done fo...r a family of 7 in Mudgeeraba and it's out to tender. 4/. Construction of another large home in Mudgeeraba at Lock up stage and looking great. 5/. Finalised the design of a group of 8 Studio apartments in Currumbin Valley. 6/. Started a house design in Brisbane. 7/. Started a major reno in Currumbin. 8/. Finished the design and documentation of a major reno at Bilambil, NSW. 9/. Finished the design and documentation of a large industrial style home in Ballina NSW - and construction started. 10/. Construction finished of a new Massage centre we designed in Carrara. So I wonder what the month of July will bring! See more

02.01.2022 Got my certificate of completion for the 2 week Glen Murcutt Master class Architecture intensive workshop, and while I was away we got a state commendation for the BDAQ Best house over $2m so thought it a good time for a photo shoot.

01.01.2022 Here's some shots of the Industrial Shed Conversion Before and after shots. It was a mechanics shed in Palm Beach and now is a residence for a family of 4 and dog. Walking distance to beach and converted for Approx. $120k.
