16.01.2022 A massive thankyou to Musos Corner, Foleys, The Drum Shop and Mr McBride for supplying all that you see here. Without all of these wonderful people, Bandfest would be a lot more difficult to run. Thankyou everybody for all that you do!

16.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE As you would be aware COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing. The Department of Education has continued to work with NSW Health to support the safety and wellbeing of staff and students. ... This includes suspending a number of arts activities to support the efforts of minimising the spread of the virus through the community. As a result, BANDFEST 2020 will not be going ahead as planned in Term 4, 2020. Certainly not the 20th anniversary we were planning! We look forward to seeing you in 2021.

10.01.2022 You've probably heard about social distancing, but how exactly is it defined and who should be doing it? While practising social distancing, people can travel t...o work (including public transport). For non-essential activities outside the workplace or attendance at schools, universities and childcare - social distancing includes: - Avoiding crowds and mass gatherings. - Avoiding small gatherings in enclosed spaces. - Attempting to keep a distance of 1.5 metres between themselves and other people where possible. - Avoiding shaking hands, hugging, or kissing other people. - Avoiding visiting vulnerable people. If you have travelled to another country in the past 14 days you should self-monitor for symptoms, practice social distancing where possible and immediately isolate yourself if you become unwell. Social distancing is NOT enough for people who have travelled to a higher risk country. Read more advice from NSW Health: https://bit.ly/2PXYCP7
