18.01.2022 Here at Williams, we are releasing possibly our healthiest meal to date. Our new chicken breast salad includes 7 fresh salad vegetables. A ramekin of sweet Thai style dressing is included on the side. Other dressings/ sauces available by request. $9.90 for the salad or for $13.90, we will include either a standard medium coffee or a large 500ml San Pellegrino sparkling water. 15.01.2022 Williams Artisan Bread and Espresso will open for a special event on Sunday 12th May, 2019. The trading hours for the day will be from 7.45am to Midday. This day will be special for two reasons. Firstly, as most would realise we remember our Mums. Secondly, Williams will donate 50% of the day's takings to the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation. The Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation is a not for profit organisation. It offers practical assistance to local families affected by breas...t cancer in ways such as transport to appointments, assistance with house cleaning and the supply of comfort cushion packs. The decision to open on Mothers Day has only been announced this weekend so there is plenty of room to book a table for breakfast. Otherwise pick up a coffee, a scroll, Danish or croissant on the way past and support this wonderful organisation. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday. See more

13.01.2022 I am pleased to announce that we have finalised the total monies raised for The Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation (HBCF) from our Mothers Day breakfast. Over $2000 was raised on Sunday morning and with the addition of some HBCF product sales and donations during the week following the total raised is $2739.70! I would like to thank all the customers, friends, family and staff who made the day such a success. We had a busy but such an enjoyable morning. The generosity and general ambience of the morning was something special. I know that the funds will be used to make the lives of some of those going through this cruel disease just a little easier in their time of need. 12.01.2022 Usually, over the Easter break, many of our locals go away for a few days and we usually close for the four day weekend. This year, we figure that you will be home, so we are planning to open for limited hours. Please see the image attached. I have included an image of our bake board. This indicates our daily bake availability from Thurs. 9th April to Wed. 15th April. Although we are not baking bread and scrolls on Easter Monday; the coffee will be ready to serve (Takeaway of course ) and there will be a yummy selection of fresh Danish, Croissants, Bagels and other tasty snacks and drinks available. Still have a safe and enjoyable Easter.

08.01.2022 We are excited to announce Megan Adams, a Lambton artist, has launched her new Marilyn III painting at Williams Artisan Bread & Espresso. Inspired by her travels to the Northern Territory, this artwork has taken over twelve months to complete and incorporates 20 layers of paint. Megan has previously painted Adam Goodes and Wayne Bennett and is excited to have her work on display at her favourite cafe. Coconut Chia Passionfruit, Banana/Strawberry and Mixed Berry Chia. All are lightly sweetened with maple. Available in store from 7:30am weekdays and 8am weekends! Large takeaway cup $8.90. Look out for a similar version on our restaurant menu - arriving shortly!
