20.01.2022 Borrowing in Todays Market: You have probably heard in the news, and from anyone who has any knowledge of the lending industry, that it is getting harder to borrow money for business loans and mortgages. For the most part, this is true, but it is not impossible if you have the right knowledge under your belt, and you understand what the lenders are going to be looking for at this time. https://buff.ly/2D7Akem #BankingRC

19.01.2022 Staying in the Now. I would love to share with you five tips that I prescribe to (and endeavour to improve on daily) that keep me in the now, appreciating and enjoying the present. We are living in a time like no other where so many external influences compete for our attention. But to truly live a big life we need to dedicatedly control ourselves and stay focused on our own personal goals. I hope they help.
18.01.2022 What's the benefit of using a Mortgage Broker to buy a property? Does it really make a difference?
17.01.2022 So kind! Thanks so much Matt.
17.01.2022 Hi Everyone, IS IT OK IF I TRY TO CONVERT YOU? The reason I am asking you this question is that today, I read a newspaper article that had surveyed 1000 mortgage holders. The article reported that 83% of Mortgage Owners were apathetic about looking for a better mortgage deal and it went on to say that only 17% would like to get a better rate but have no idea how to do it.... Answer this question How would you react to this? What if the next time you went to your local corner store to buy some milk or a loaf of bread, and you were going to use the pay wave function to pay with your card and you noticed that the sneaky store owner over charged you by $10, hoping you wouldnt check the receipt. Would that make you angry? I know it would really tick me off! And whats more. I would definitely let the shop keeper know what I thought of him. In fact, I would go as far as saying that I WOULD NEVER EVER shop there again. Would you react the same way as me? Well, let me enlighten you about something you probably havent considered. Because I bet that sneaky shop owner is already taking advantage of you!!! If you have an average sized mortgage and you havent reviewed it in the past two years, it is likely that your lender is over charging you that same $10 EVERY SINGLE DAY with respect to the interest rate that they are applying to your mortgage! And if that is the case.. I WANT IT TO STOP HAPPENING TO YOU! Allow me to check if you are paying $10 a day too much...type YES in the comments and I will contact you to sort it out.

07.01.2022 What is a mortgage broker, exactly? A mortgage broker is the middle man between you and the lender. They work on your behalf to secure the best loan for you. With so many products on the market they do all the legwork and put all your financial and credit history together to present you in the best possible light. You definitely want one that is licenced, up to date with compliance and loads of experience and "runs on the board" are invaluable.

04.01.2022 RATE WATCH Tell us your home loan interest rate and win!! 1. $150 dinner voucher at restaurant of your choice for whoever has the cheapest interest rate.... 2. $150 dinner voucher for whoever has the most expensive interest rate. ____________________________________________________ Now is a great time to review the interest rate you are paying on your home and investment property loans. Over the past year the way residential loans are structured and priced has gone through unprecedented change Most lenders have gone from having just one interest rate to now having 4+ interest rates. Lenders are now differentiating based on the purpose of the loan (home, investment, business, other etc) repayments (principal and interest or interest only), loan to value ratio, dollar amount of the loan, location and so on. We are just talking about pricing here but there are so many other things to consider when considering a loan - credit considerations around which lender will best suit your particular circumstances and requirements and loan features to name a few. Lets see if you can get a better deal. Wed love to assist to get your year off to a flying start and to help pay for some left over Christmas cheer or the holiday youve just come back from or the one you are planning in the year ahead. Terms and Condition: 1.This is for residential home or investment loans (excluding smsf loans) in Australia only. 2. Your answer will need to be supported by bank statements. 3. 01.01.2022 Tackling the Mountain: I was recently in a position to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. It has been on my bucket list for a long time, so, despite the short time frame to wrap up jobs and get on a plane, I jumped at the opportunity. I fell back on the years of physical training and didnt panic. It was hard work, I wont lie about that, but I was able to enjoy the moment, this once-in-a-lifetime experience. In business, and in life, this is a lesson to learn. If you have ...done the preparation work to the best of your knowledge, there is no point in panicking or fretting about your ability, or that consideration that you are not going to make it. Have enough faith in yourself that you have got this, and then enjoy the experience, take the time to look around you.
