06.01.2022 Hi and welcome to Social Saturday where we break down the Do's & Don'ts of social media etiquette at weddings. 1 - Don't be a tool, just follow the rules. Always and we mean ALWAYS check with the Bride & Groom what their rules are when it comes to guests snapping away during precious moments.... 2 - Don't get in the way of the photographer. Good photographers are worth their weight in gold so stay out of their way. Photographers are there for a certain amount of time so it's unfair that they spend some of that asking guests to move along so they can work. 3 - Don't post ANYTHING on social media until you have permission from the Bride and Groom. We have all at some point in our lives had a not so glamorous picture of ourselves posted on social media, heck! we have posted pictures on social media that we thought were funny only to find out it was pretty upsetting to that person. No bride or groom wants to see unflattering pictures of themselves all over your social media. Be respectful of not only the bride and groom but of their day and always ask permission first. Remember to post either on their media platform or with the selected hashtags that the bride and groom have chosen. **Images via Pinterest**
