21.01.2022 If you are professional, highly organised and motivated while working unsupervised this position may suit you. The ideal candidate will like to be busy in a fast paced environment, have a good work ethic and would enjoy working as part of a team while also having the ability to provide sales information and a high level of customer service. You are required to work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30 pm.... Skills required: Customer service experience. XERO Experience is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines. Confident, Articulate and Organized. High level of attention to detail. Ability to take ownership over responsibilities and plan ahead. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Positive team oriented attitude. You will be reporting directly to the managers and your responsibilities will include: Answering phones and attending to customer enquiries. Providing sales and administration support to staff and customers. Entering invoices, purchase orders, quotes and ordering stock. Managing of bookings and daily schedules. Liaise with site contacts and co-ordinate bookings. Taking & accurate recording of payments. Show complete organisation and provide quick and accurate information to customers.
