18.01.2022 We are fund-raising for Wilde Cat Cottage The Wilde cat cottage does incredible work, not only caring for wild cats but in catching and rehoming/enclosing/desexing and by way making sure there are less cats killing wild life and multiplying. If you have spare 10c recyclables they would hugely appreciate the donation! Drop off to the store at any time during opening hours.

13.01.2022 Hello, lovely community! Everyone has been so beautiful today, calm, sensible, and often very funny!!! Never the less, Holly and I are VERY tired, so we are going to be going home early and get some rest, so we can see you bright and early tomorrow. (8am, not 7:30 as usual) Given the uncertainty of these times, please call us at the shop before you venture out, we may be closing early for the next few days, if our supplies run out. ... The shop number is 85562041. We will be opening at 8 am instead of 7:30 for the next week too. We are going to take the lead from our cats, they are the masters of relaxation

Conchiglioni recipe: Stuff dry shells with ricotta, roast pumpkin, pine nuys and baby spinach, lay face up in a large backing dish, top with your favourite tomato based sauce (we always choose Andy clappis Napolitano) and bake in oven at 180 until pasta is tender. ... There will be no seating, sandwiches or dine in available, we will keep you posted about coffee. We believe that it is essential, but not sure if it is officially regarded as such.... The past 14 months of serving our community have been a wonderful time for our family in so many ways. We will miss many of you, and we have definitely not made this decision lightly. This past year has had so many unexpected twists and turns on a global scale, business front, and for our own family. With personal plans changing, families growing, and all of us now living out of Willun...ga it has become clear that it is time to step out of the shop and see who steps forward to carry it onto the next chapter. 05.01.2022 Hello everyone, As you likely know The Willunga General Store is a family run business. Since opening the store we have adjusted the way we celebrate family occassions. This month we are celebrating a very special occassion (Rosemary's 18th Birthday) and have decided to close on Sunday the 8th of November. We realise this is short notice and apologise for any inconvenience. We will still be open normal hours (7:30am-5pm) on Saturday and back open again Monday at 7:30am.... 02.01.2022 If you can save a bit of your 'Andy bread' I highly recommend making French toast with it!! I had mine with caramelised banana, bacon, mixed berries, maple syrup and of course a generous dollop of Alexandrina Cheese Company jersey cream. Definitely a sometimes food!!
