21.01.2022 Some recent positive news for our industry with the federal government announcing a $25,000 Homebuilder grant for new homes and renovations. To be eligible you are to have had an income of less than $125,000 for singles, $200,000 for couples in the 2018/19 financial year. Grant is to be used for New Homes less than $750,000 or Renovations more than $150,000. ... To be eligible you must enter into a contract between 4th June and 31st December 2020.
