24.01.2022 Goals are important. I set these goals this time last year some I have completed some I have not, all that means is I need to keep working on them... -Reduce body fat percentage to 20% -Drink 3L water daily -Reduce soft drink intake... -Run 5km without stopping -Quit smoking -Develop healthy relationship with food Each goal met is an achievement and keeps me motivated, each goal not met keeps me motivated to meet it. 21.01.2022 Hi Team, I’m sure you have all probably heard the news that came through last night with the address from the prime minister in respect to further closures. These closures do include gyms as from 12pm today, those of you that have still been training in the gym I will contact today and set up an alternative training program during this time. ... During this time that is incredibly stressful for everyone it’s important that we all look out for each other and look after ourselves. Mental Health is going to be a big issue for many I urge you to do what you can to maintain routine as much as possible and keep up with connections whilst maintaining social distancing obviously. This time is going to be challenging for everyone but from challenge we can grow, we will come out the other side and be stronger for it. Anyone that needs to talk please reach out. Bodhi

17.01.2022 I’ve been pretty quiet on here lately, in all honesty with gyms being closed and all the adjustments in life with the current climate I didn’t handle things as well as I would have liked, it took a toll on my mental health and things felt out of control. With conditions easing and gyms opening again, I’ve been getting back into routine and feel like a level of normalcy is returning. It’s great to be back in the gym and back to PT, even if it doesn’t show on my face.
17.01.2022 The first photo is a comparison of weight I lost through eating better, being more active day to day and exercising in the gym but not with a whole lot of direction,ultimately I lost weight through being in a calorie deficit. I got to the point though that I wasn’t seeing much in the way of progress. I was going to the gym a couple times a week but not regularly, I didn’t have any goals except weight loss and didn’t really know what I needed to be doing in the gym. The second... photo is the progress I made once I started working with a pt @samanthalewis.pt who I still train with. My goals changed from not just being about weight loss but improving in other areas as well, I gained routine in the gym going most days and actually knew what I needed to be doing whilst at the gym and out of the gym, obviously I’ve lost weight during that time but I’ve also gained muscle, created a routine in the gym (mostly) learnt new skills and ended up becoming a PT myself. Having a PT to guide me and keep me focused on my goals made a big difference to my progress and continued improvement. And I’ve always been terrible at writing conclusions but hopefully you get my point. See more

01.01.2022 When I was a kid handstands were second nature, now trying to do handstand is not so easy but I decided I want to be able to do one again so I’ve been finishing most of my workouts practicing handstands.
