25.01.2022 Tonight with Matt and Ambrose from MA Deadly Art at the Indigenous Art Show in Morningside.

24.01.2022 Winangali Logistics is proud to announce that it is co-sponsoring this weekend’s Country on Canvas Indigenous Art Exhibition and Workshop to be held at the Morningside Panthers AFL Club. The Indigenous Art Exhibition and Workshop is a local community initiative presented by Matt and Ambrose from MA Deadly Art and the Panthers. Ambrose Killian and Matt Serrurier are past Panther players who have designed the Panthers community jumper and recently held ‘yarn’ sessions wit...h several youth teams. These sessions were aimed at opening discussion and talk about all things of Aboriginal culture, and their own personal experiences and challenges as First Nations people growing up in an urban area like Brisbane. The Art Exhibition will give local artists the opportunity to showcase their art and sell them on the day. Any funds (aside from artwork sold by the artists) raised from the event will go to the club in fostering Indigenous education across our playing and supporter community. Gallery is open 5 pm Friday 6th November and from 12 pm Saturday 7th November with the Official Opening at 6pm that night.

17.01.2022 Centurion Transport and Winangali Logistics, a Certified majority owned First Nations business have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The alliance will see expanded services in logistics and warehousing and strengthen our capacity to deliver tailored joined solutions for existing and prospective clients in the mining, upstream oil and gas, and construction industries. Centurion Transport is one of Australia’s largest independently owned and operated logistics (3PL) ...and transport companies. Operating across Australia, Centurion Transport has significant mobile, land and infrastructure assets nationwide, including 15 distribution centres and a fleet of more than 2,000 vehicle assets. This ensures Centurion provides flexible and reliable supply chain solutions for all our customers. Winangali Logistics services the Defence, on-line retail, and infrastructure projects sector, and offers warehousing, order fulfilment, inventory management, national distribution, remote and project logistics, freight forwarding and consultancy services. Winangali Logistics combines its knowledge of freight logistics and First Nations engagement to provide its customers with a competitive edge by giving them the opportunity to play a significant role in reconciliation through their logistics and supply chain needs. Speaking about the agreement, Winangali Logistics MD, Mr Noel Niddrie said the agreement recognises the growing importance of the Indigenous Business Sector. He said this relationship is strategic to our growth and the generation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment. Centurion EGM Service Delivery, Craig Blyton commented that the agreement with Winangali Logistics is a great fit for both businesses, combining the expertise of the Winangali Logistics warehousing and fulfilment processes with the national transport offering from Centurion while also delivering support, training and importantly, jobs for First Nation’s people. We certainly see this as just the beginning as we work together to offer our customers a comprehensive, customer focused service.
