13.01.2022 Feeling very blessed as the sun is shining as today we are welcoming people coming here for our 6 day Elements Retreat that starts tomorrow. After the soaking rain, the land is so alive and fertile and highly energised. Feeling a quivering anticipation as we prepare to step deeply into retreat space in the powerful energy of the caldera (Spanish word for cooking pot !!!).
03.01.2022 The sheer power of connecting to the land never ceases to amaze me. In fact the more time I spend up here at Wind Spirit the more I am becoming aware of this and feeling the wonderful benefits in my body, mind and spirit. I read recently that there is a powerful and healing vibration on the earth, that is unavailable when we are living an urban and less natural lifestyle. When we have direct physical contact with the vast supply of electrons on the surface of the earth and ...in nature, we reconnect with a healthier and more balanced state leading to physical and physiological wellbeing. I am certainly feeling this. Now that we have a grassy lawn outside, I am loving walking barefoot from the house to the pool. We’ve had lots of soaking rain recently and there are some deliciously muddy patches which make my naked toes squeal with delight. I feel just like a child again in the openness and expanse of Wind Spirit as Yoshi and I play unencumbered on the top of the hill. Something touches deep inside and everyone who comes to Wind Spirit speaks of this unfathomable presence that wafts on the breeze, imbues the trees and flows through the land and through ourselves. Ahhhhh! If you are in need of a touch of earthing ... or a dose of environmental medicine in the form of pure air, pristine land, sparkling water and high vibration energy of the Wollumbin caldera, then come and join us for a retreat at Wind Spirit to reset at the deepest of levels.
