This workshop has been created for the young teen who wants to feel better about themselves and be able to stay strong in the face of adversity from their peers, society or even family. A 'Good Vibes' Kit comes with registration and participation or can be bought by teens who cannot attend the workshop this time around. This is a higher consciousness learning, growing and being workshop embodying energetic, self-awareness and meditation practices.
