22.01.2022 I can't help but feel happy when the voice on the other end of the phone brightens up from extreme sadness , followed by laughter and feeling more positive about life again... Her words in broken English, "I have been crying for the whole day, it is now only I laugh after speaking to you...I understand now...what you say to me I understand..."... To all my coaches friends, Don't undermine what we do... :). The person we help may have not laughed or even smiled for a long long time...
