06.01.2022 TOM HODGES MOVES TO SNOW AUSTRALIA After six years with Disabled Wintersport Australia, Tom Hodges will commence work with one of our partners, Snow Australia a...s their Paralympic development coach. Tom started with DWA as Camps Coordinator in 2015 and then became Resort Services Coordinator in 2018. During his time at DWA, Tom trained many guides and skied with 1000s of DWA members. Tom’s new role with Snow Australia involves coaching the next wave of emerging para ski and snowboard athletes, as well as organising talent identification events, which create a pathway for developing athletes. He will also have responsibility to build on the partnership between DWA and Snow Australia, providing opportunities for emerging talent within DWA, helping them move through a development pathway and into the high-performance arena. We wish Tom well in his new position and look forward to seeing him out on the hill; coaching, skiing and loving the snow.
