23.01.2022 Women in Engineering and Mathematical Sciences are going to be holding a Soft Skills Workshop on the 11th August! This event will give you the opportunity to interact with EMS industry professionals, and through interactive case studies and activities, learn the importance of soft skills in the workplace that are especially relevant given current global circumstances! You will have the opportunity to rotate through three interactive activities presented by a different company..., as well as the chance to network with industry professionals in between! 20.01.2022 Introducing our third speaker for WOIG’s online industry event, Meera Kanji Meera is a Pipeline & Graduate Subsea Engineer at Woodside. She enjoys working in collaborative environments with people of different backgrounds and was seeking a field that would be stimulating and continuously evolving. Meera also gained experience across the engineering and business departments during her internship Meera will be presenting on how technologies enable low cost and energy efficient developments in the oil and gas industry We can't wait to hear from her next week!

17.01.2022 Introducing our FINAL speaker for the night, Jakov Ostojic Jakov is currently a Reservoir Engineer at Woodside He studied Petroleum Engineering at UWA before starting his career at Woodside in 2011 While working for Woodside, he has worked on both greenfield and brownfield Woodside assets and is currently working on the Pluto/Xena fields We highly anticipate Jakov’s in-depth discussion on the impact of COVID-19 on graduate opportunities...
