This house has an odd layout empty but a fantastic layout furnished... parent zone one side and kids the other. We just needed to show this through the power of staging..

25.01.2022 Such a nerve-wracking time... going to auction. I prepared my parents home for sale including painting, lighting (generously sponsored by my friends at Beacon Lighting), cleaning, carpet by Floorzone and much more .. the team at Gardian and Leanne Druery Property steadied the ship at an emotional time with a mix of experience and compassion... The sales campaign was short and intense and achieved the result we were looking for. Thanks team!

22.01.2022 4/91 Evans St, East Mackay before and after .. I love the process... Leanne (Leanne Druery Property) and I visited this unit over a month ago and formulated a plan to get it looking its best for the owners who live out of town... its a process of trust. I feel a responsibility to be the owner by proxy if you like. I make suggestions as if it were mine (I own investments myself which helps enormously) and try at every turn to save my clients money and spend where it matters. This property is an excellent example of a considered spend that will pay off in multiples.

Yes, this is one of those grand dames similar to my own home... lots of cool spots to explore (and furnish) but doors in tricky spots. It’s important for us up show prospective buyers ‘how’ the spaces can be utilised in a modern context. Also a very broad market to appeal to so we took an eclectic approach (...not all antiques)... No flat pack or melamine here though ... ‘she’ just wouldn’t tolerate that. Some key pieces are from my gorgeous girlfriend Deb Clarke’s fascinating collection at Kitten Vintage Mackay and some are straight out of my own home. Just listed by Ciara Higgins Explore Property Mackay , this amazing property took some transforming over the last few weeks by our fantastic Wishbone team... but what a great makeover for lovely owner Arthur! This post focuses on the landscaping involved ... we brought in the big guns to tidy up some overgrown dirt hills out front and our garden guys to take away debris, mulch beds and remove metal and timber scraps from under and around the house. Wishbone can do as little or as much as is needed ... from maintenance, garden work to full staging; great for remote owners like Arthur.
