11.01.2022 Always Was, Always Will Be. That's the theme of this year's NAIDOC week - an important time for recognition and celebration of our State and country's rich cultural history. First Nations people have occupied and cared for Australia for over 65,000 years, and that history can teach us so much about our beautiful, unique country. There are a range of events as part of NAIDOC week - for more information and to find an event near you, visit: http://www.naidoc.org.au

11.01.2022 Just a little reminder...

09.01.2022 The next added 6 weeks are going to be difficult. Over 100 people in the first lockdown died by suicide in the first week alone. That was only in Victoria too. The mental health issues related to lockdown and the pandemic are especially hard for people with depression. The wonderful charity MIND have a helpline: 1300 554 660 Lifeline: 13 11 14... Or text 0477 131 114 between 6pm and midnight SuicideLine: 1300 651 251 Or just call 000. Please could any of our Facebook followers share the helpline far and wide. You’re not alone. We can do this. It’s not weak to ask for help. STAY SAFE AND POSITIVE VIC!!
