25.01.2022 Good morning softball fans! The finals series is here and its also Presidents Day! Rumour has it the drinks will be cheap and our good friends at Dominos will be putting on some Pizza WMSA would like to congratulate The Flyers on winning the Minor Premiership for 2020. What a crazy first half of the year we have been through! Looking forward to seeing all of our players, members, families & friends at the ground today. Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, the clubroom & bar will operate a little differently for at least the first couple of weeks. There will be limits on the number of ...people within the clubroom and anyone inside must be seated. Please bear with us as we work our way through all of this. * Can all teams please meet near the clubrooms at 1.45pm for the Presidents welcome to the season. 16.01.2022 The Prelim Finals are here! Congrats to the Arrks who go straight through to the Grand Final and also the Brewers who advance to the Plate Final. Its all all or nothing today with two big elimination games! Dont miss this one! The lines are marked and back net is up! First game will kick off at 12pm with the second game to follow at around 2pm. As always, the bar will be open!

11.01.2022 Another season comes to an end and we had two great games of softball to finish it off! Congratulations to the Pirates who took out the 2020 Plate Final this weekend. And the big one, the Grand Final winners for 2020 - The Arrks! Congratulations!... A bit of a different season to go with a crazy year! We hope you and you families stay safe over the summer break and we look forward to seeing you at our end of season presentations night this Saturday!

09.01.2022 Well after 2 big games last weekend, we have the final 4 teams ready for the deciders this Saturday! Last weekends results: In a tight game, the Sliders held off the Cobras to win it 19-17.... The Arrks held off a late charge from the Raiders to win it 16-13. The Plate Final kicks off at 12pm followed by the Grand Final at approx. 2pm. The bar will be open and the bbq will be fired up. You dont want to miss this one! Be sure to invite all family, friends, members, former players and anyone else you can think of to a huge day of softball! Heres how they lineup today:

As always we invite all players, members and spectators back to the clubrooms after the games. Be sure to support the raffle wheel and bar!

02.01.2022 Notice from the President: Good afternoon everyone, Welcome to the 2020 season! The WMSA Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday 24th February @ 7pm. It will be held at our clubrooms and all members are invited to remain after the meeting for fellowship.... Please pass this on to all players and we look forward to seeing as many as possible at the meeting. With regard to the start of the season and with Easter and Anzac close together we have asked the Council if we can start a week earlier on Saturday March 28, 2020. This has been verbally given the ok but they are still waiting for confirmation from their maintenance crew to make sure there is no issue with the grounds cross over from summer to winter competitions. As soon as I know Ill let you know. Look forward to catching up. Cheers Kev Prez
