23.01.2022 Rufus the Elf landed at the Dubbo Children’s Ward. He is already bringing joy to the staff, families and children at the Ward. Santa was very organised and sent him early to ensure he could quarantine for fourteen days. He will be excited to hear the news that he no longer needs to quarantine! Thanks to Marea, Veneta and Shai for making this possible. Jamie played the didgeridoo and explained the story behind each dance to the residents. 05.01.2022 #TeamDubbo likes setting themselves challenges. In September, staff were challenged to make people smile with loud shirts and small acts of kindness on mufti day. The team did not disappoint! A kindness tree appeared in the Paediatrics and the Specialist Medical Centre, staff brunches and lunches, free coffee, balloons handed out, flowers, treats, affirmations and secret gifts sent by post.
