01.01.2022 Want to look at Qld EGM gaming analysis for November 2020? go to: https://www.wohlsenconsulting.com.au/resource-hub/ under the Research category. Some interesting finds: - November 2020 net wins total was $229.85M and as expected, down on October 2020 by -8.8% - In November, clubs were down on last month’s results by -7.8% and hotels down by -9.5%.... - But November 2020 was up on the same month last year by +8.6%. - There were some very strong local areas, again, with some northern and regional centres recording over 20% uplift compared with November last year - Charters Towers and The Cassowary Coast area, north and inland from Townsville, are showing strong and consistent numbers - The south east corner continued to be a bit sluggish with Brisbane at 4.6%, Gold Coast at 3.9%, Logan at 7.7% and Noosa at -0.1% - Hotels were up by 7.7% compared with last November and Clubs had a strong November, up by 9.9% compared with last November - Club market share (versus hotels) was up again, at 43.2% in November, compared with 42.7% in October, 41.8% in September and 40.7% in August.
