22.01.2022 G’day Everyone, Exciting news! The Wombat Fight Club trials are back on. The trials are an exhibition of our current boxer’s skills in a formal setting. The ...evenly matched contests will be at 1.00 pm on the Sunday 5th of April, 2020. 16.01.2022 G’day Everyone, COVID-19 update in relation to boxing training the government states: Do I need to wear a face covering when I play community sport?... You don’t need to wear a face covering while undertaking strenuous exercise or playing sport. 15.01.2022 G’day Everyone, Great news we are reopening. Women’s sessions will resume on the Tuesday 23rd. Open sessions on the Wednesday 24th. Due to the school holidays, the juniors will start on the 19th of July. See you soon and keep on punching



15.01.2022 G'day Everyone, Due to the easing of restrictions we will be opening the gym up for outdoor training. If the weather is bad, still please come and we will have a discussion and make a decision on the day as to how training will progress. Also note full contact training for seniors won't begin until the restrictions ease. Women's sessions will begin on Tuesday 29th of September, 5.30-6.30 pm. Open sessions will resume on the Wednesday 30th of September. Because of school h...olidays, juniors will start on the Sunday 11th of October. Please like, share and tell others. 13.01.2022 G’day Everyone, Hope you are all doing well. Just a COVID19 update. With the gradual easing of restrictions we are currently reviewing when we can return to training. We will be making some decisions shortly, so please keep reviewing this Facebook page and we will let you know as soon as possible. Cheers & keep on punching

13.01.2022 COVID-19 update G’day Everyone, Due to the government lockdown, all training will be suspended until the bans are lifted.

12.01.2022 COVID-19 Update G’day Everyone, With the COVID-19 crisis happening, we at the WFC have decided to cancel the boxing trials on the Sunday 5th of April. ... This Sunday will also be the last junior session until the crisis is over. Please note the open & women’s sessions will continue until we receive further notice from the relevant authorities. Juniors are welcome to attend the open & women’s sessions. If at any time you are sick or don’t feel ‘quite right’ please stay at home. Sorry about this, but we have made this decision in the interests of health & safety. From everyone at the WFC, keep on punching

02.01.2022 G’day everyone, as you might have heard from the government, stage 3 restrictions resume on Thursday. This means we will be closing down until mid-September. We will be still conducting the Women’s session on Tuesday & the Open session on Wednesday. I hope everyone stays safe & keeps on punching

This means the women’s sessions will resume on the Tuesday 23rd. Open sessions on the Wednesday 24th. Due to the school holidays, the juniors will start on the 19th of July.
