25.01.2022 There's something powerful. Deep inside you. Can you slow yourself enough to feel it? Can you touch it with your breath?... Drop your whole self into it? Maybe you notice it In the beauty of a flower. In the vastness of the ocean. In the thousands of fireflys Dancing in the dusk. But it's right there inside you too. Deep deep down. Settle yourself, you can find it there. ____________ After a few days of mostly downtime, I'm emerging fresh for my new cycle. Looking forward to working again with some wonderful women in the womb space, sharing birth healing and holistic pelvic care. If you feel like it's time to explore what's hidden inside, come for a visit. Much love Chaitanya #holisticpelviccare #pelvichealing #yonimassage #birthtraumarecovery #birthtrauma #coffsharbour #midnorthcoastnsw #pregnancy #postnatal

25.01.2022 NOFO Yesterday I took a day without using my phone. It was so awesome that I'm going to do it regularly.... Been on your phone too much lately? Maybe you want to join me for a phone fast? It's easier and much much better than you would think! NOFO It's officially a thing. #nofo #restyourrobot

25.01.2022 Have you tried yoga nidra as a practice? Years ago I had a time of severe fatigue. I could hardly get out of bed and I was weak for months. Yoga nidra is a yoga practice that you do lying down. That checked most of my boxes.... Every day I lay and gently and intently focussed my energy on different energy centers in my body. I would journey around this body and watch as the energies dropped deeper and deeper. It would leave me in a place of great restoration. I heard a voice inside say practice this every day then teach it. So I did. And I do. Yoga nidra helps us find solace in the body. It helps us heal- deeply as we drop into the places underneath where the imprints reside. It helps us rest, recover, revive. Helps us hear the whispers of our soul and in my case the loud voice of guidance! (That is never heard before or again thereafter) It helps us find the body as a doorway to the soul, helps us open that door and slip inside. It helps settle nervous exhaustion and calm frazzled emotions. Helps to hold you when your overwhelmed. Helps you to be in harmony within this disharmonious world. How important is that! _______________ You can download a free copy of my deep rest yoga nidra from my website- link in the bio. I also offer one on one and o line deep rest sessions where we can explore what's going on for you and provide you with some practices to help you revitalise #deeprest #yoganidra #exhaustion #chronicfatigue #mumlife #insomnia #wombhealing #pelvichealing #yoga #coffsharbour #woolgoolga #midnorthcoast

25.01.2022 Sometimes in life, you need a guide. To help you see the way forward, or perhaps what's holding you back. When I heard @tamilynnkent was coming to Australia a number of years ago my heart exploded in excitement.... I had suspected that internal yoni healing was a missing piece of the puzzle of women's sacred wellbeing, now I had the opportunity to train with Tami and find out if it was true. It was true. Tami has sat with over ten thousand women and developed her own Holistic Pelvic Care program, certifying practitioners in this sacred women's medicine. She knows that our body's have all the answers, all the medicine we need. And she knows the feminine is rising. She can feel it, in the women she works with, in the shifts and changes we are seeing worldwide. From recieving and giving in the training, to all the work I've shared with women in these last 3 years I am blown away. At the magesty of women. At the ability of the body to both remember and to let go. At the sacred space we can share, working together in the pelvis. At the power that touch has to bring presence to what has been hiding. At the shifts which happen in body, emotions and energy. At the simplicity of the practices. And the great potential we have to heal, shift and change. I am so blessed to have trained with Tami in Holistic Pelvic Care and so happy to share the myriad practices in my one on sessions, online consults, workshops and classes. The Wild Feminine is rising. Are you excited to meet her? 25.01.2022 With no symptoms at all! Yesterday a friend arrived on my doorstep with pain moving through her bladder and yoni and other symptoms. Her cycle was also missing in action. We made time for a session of Holistic Pelvic Care and pelvic bodywork. As always it was a special and sacred experience ... She stayed the night on our property, last night her bladder heat and pain had shifted and she felt like she had a whole new womb room down there. This morning her blood came, with none of her usual symptoms. She felt flowing and happy. So much can change quickly in the womb world, when you give her some love. I have a couple of spaces available this week for Holistic Pelvic Care and other Pelvic Bodywork. If there's something going on down there, good or bad - let's chat about it! #periodpositive #holisticpelviccare #wombhealing #yonimassage #yonilove #bladderproblems #birthhealing #periodproblems #pms #coffsharbour #midnorthcoastnsw

25.01.2022 Just because something is common, doesn't mean you should grin and bear it. If you have pain with love making, after birth or at any other time in life, go and see a holistic pelvic bodyworker for a session as it may well be easily resolved!

24.01.2022 Open arms for 2021 Come what may! If you're ready to explore your womb world.... If you need guidance or support. If you're suffering in silence. Interested if gentle, holistic bodywork might help. My door is open. I work with women of all ages and stages. Addressing really common women's wellbeing problems like: birth trauma pain with sex difficult periods prolapse incontinence fertility pelvic floor problems public bone and SI pain And more! I also help mamas prepare for birth and make sure they're set up to get all the help they need in the postpartum healing period. If you'd like to explore some new avenues of healing. 22.01.2022 It's all connected. Today I want to talk about prolapse. It's something I see commonly in my work and that's not surprising because it effects almost half of all women at some stage!... Prolapse is the descent of the bladder, uterus and or the rectum. It's a disturbing thing to encounter and can make you feel like you're falling apart. Traditionally, it is thought that the organs lose support from weak or injured pelvic floor muscles after birth then drop down into the pelvic cavity. This is exacerbated by poor postural and breathing habits that increase downward pressure in the pelvic cavity. But I've just come across an updated theory of what goes on for many women. Physiotherapist Anna Crowle from Leeds has shared that she sees that prolapsed organs are being PULLED out of place by areas of tension in the pelvis. She shares that when you look at the body as all joined together by connective tissue, nothing can essentially fall out or down, but it is pulled this way or that like the women in the picture above. In her practice Anna helps resolve many women's prolapses by identifying the tension which is commonly from episiotomy or tearing during birth...something that happens to a huge percentage of women these days. She works internally, usually near the perineum to release the scar or the tension and... VOILA! the tissue curls and unfurles and the organs shift back into place. She's been following some of her clients for 5 years and they've had no recurrence of prolapse symptoms! This is so exciting for me to hear as prolapse has seemed difficult to resolve for many many women. There is definitely improvement from working with supportive movement programs to restore core function and posture and from diet and lifestyle- an integrated approach but she's seeing a HUGE success rate with her manual therapy work! This guidance is something I've prayed for and I'm really looking forward to working with more and more in my sessions with women. For more information on Anna's practice and work look up Anna Crowle Physiotherapy on FB To book a session of Holistic Pelvic Care with me please send me a message Art by Lisa Kahan

21.01.2022 There's so much more than meets the eye. A richness, a personal magic that is so perfect, so profound. That when you start to engage with it it will suprise you... Intreague you. Blow your mind. What meets the eye is often beautiful - to me it's God expressed as nature. But were so conditioned to always be looking out and never opening our inner eye. Never dropping it down deep into the body. I want to go deeper. So I can live in rich integrity. Aligned with my soul. Aligned with the heart of the planet. Experiencing the magic Of life. Expressed. _____________________ Do you want to go deeper? I'm going to announce the dates of my Wild Feminine Women's group in about a week. In person. In Woolgoolga. A safe space to connect and deepen into our inner world and share what bubbles up. Profound sculpture by Seema Kohli #wildfeminine #deepfeminine #wombwisdom

21.01.2022 Do you get super sensitive in the premenstrum or during your cycle? It's really easy to get triggered before we bleed, there is a lot of firey energy in us and somehow our buttons are just varying out to be pushed! Try to temper the fire by chilling out more in the days before your period arrives or as soon as you feel yourself getting snappy.... Take a breath, take a pause and ask yourself: What do I really need right now? Really. Maybe it might be more space Some time to yourself. You might need others to help you more- delegate! Self care Movement Some nourishing food. But just a tip... If the answer that comes is chocolate, coffee or wine you might have to dig a little deeper. These yummy things bring a lot of heat into the body and can make your PM's and snappiness worse! Look for a deeper source of nourishment and try to save the wine and chocolate for a different phase of your cycle, closer to ovulation, when it won't hit you so hard. If it's during the bleed that you feel hyper sensitive, it's a good reason to withdraw. Try turning off your phone for a day or two, scheduling your own at home private retreat and rescheduling anything that's not essential. Rest down into your depths, withdraw your senses back into their deep source and see if you can use this time to reboot rather than frazzle out. That said, I'm going to put my phone down and have a little rest before I get on with the rest of this (premenstrual) day #pms #periodpositive #birthhealing #birthtraumahealing #holisticpelviccare #bellybirth #csectionrecovery #wombhealing #pelvichealing #pelvicfloor #incontinence #miscarriage #abortion #pregnancy #pelvicmassage #periodpositive #wombtemplehealing #midnorthcoastnsw #woolgoolga #coffsharbour #bellingen

17.01.2022 How's your yoni? I just finished up a great Holistic Pelvic Care session with a client this afternoon. This particular session was based all around internal myofascial release- release of tension in the muscles and tissues of the yoni.... It's such intimate work. As the session came to it's natural conclusion she expressed emphatically: "That was Good, Powerful & Healthy". The simplicity of her words struck me and I asked if I could share them with you here. Supporting women holistically with HPC and birth healing is Good, Powerful and Healthy. In fact many clients and teachers of mine recommend this work as regular alternative health care for women. So whether you're healing from birth, living life with some pelvic symptoms, or feeling fine down there, I invite you to consider coming in for a session. Internal pelvic healing is optional, you might prefer external pelvic massage, pelvic alignment or a range of gentle healing techniques to help you reconnect to and refresh the pelvic space. I'm taking bookings now for Feb, offering in person treatment in Sandy Beach and online consults wherever you may be. #birthhealing #birthtraumahealing #holisticpelviccare #bellybirth #csectionrecovery #wombhealing #pelvichealing #pelvicfloor #incontinence #miscarriage #abortion #pregnancy #pelvicmassage #wombtemplehealing #midnorthcoastnsw #woolgoolga #coffsharbour #bellingen

16.01.2022 What do we all have in common? We're alive in a body! What else?... We grew this body in our mothers body! Absolutely astounding! From conception, life unfolds differently for each of us. I believe we all have some special work to do and some karmas to live through. As we grow and mature we realise although we may like to control everything, that actually most things are out of our control. 2020 bought that one home to a lot of us! One thing we can learn to control is our focus. Wherever we focus, that's where our energy or prana flows to. I love to focus my love on my body, nourishing her with daily movement, rainbow food and down time. Because I don't know how long I'll have this body for but I do know that she'll be my home and temple while I've got her! What can you do to love up your home today? #womensyoga #wombyoga #wombtempleyoga #birthhealing #birthtraumahealing #bellybirth #csectionrecovery #wombhealing #pelvichealing #pelvicfloor #incontinence #miscarriage #abortion #pregnancy #pelvicmassage #wombtemplehealing #midnorthcoastnsw #woolgoolga #coffsharbour #bellingen

11.01.2022 Are you watching the moon? Do you feel her pulling at your inner tides? Do you feel close to nature? ... Connected, aligned? Did you know the ancient word for women's cycles also related to the moon cycle? Rtu. It's also where the word ritual came from. Do you have any rituals based around the moon or your cycle? This year we've been connecting with the different phases of the moon as she fills and empties. We've really noticed the power of the last few dark moons. Looking forward to the full moon coming soon! Beautiful photograph of the moon in Sandy Beach By Iain Bennett #alignwithnature #moon #wombwisdom #rituals

11.01.2022 Finally! Some dates. Starting Sunday Feb 7th. From 5- 7pm with the option of staying for a shared dinner.... I present to you the opportunity to join our Wild Feminine Circle A closed group of women journeying together, exploring their bodies, minds and souls with the intention to: Meet, Heal, Reconnect and Celebrate the Wild Feminine within. Working with the support of me - Chaitanya Morly-Southall, womb and pelvic healer, women's sacred yoga teacher, sister and friend and alongside the guidance of the powerful book Wild Feminine by Tami Lynn Kent. This is a rare chance to work through the profound work that Tami has channelled and presented with a facilitator that has trained in person with Tami and works sharing her potent energy and Holistic Pelvic bodywork with women locally. A closed circle means new sisters will not be admitted to the circle after the first session. This allows us to create a safe space of trust where we can explore and be vulnerable and held in the confidence, love and respect of our fellow sisters. We will cover one chapter a month, concluding after 7 months. I plan to also offer an optional movement based class between the monthly sessions and personal support and discounted healing sessions as needed. I'm here to support you to reclaim the power, the softness and the wisdom of your Wild Feminine Limited places are available. I truly hope you can make it. 11.01.2022 Have you lost sight of the light inside? Reconnecting deeply to the body is a way to reconnect to your inner knowing, your inner glowing self. Women of all ages come to me for Holistic Pelvic Care sessions where I help reintroduce them to their inner world.... Some women come because they have physical or emotional pain or disturbance, from birth, assault, or illness and they can sense I can help them access their healing. Others come just because they know they need to reconnect, fan the fires inside and explore themselves on a deeper level. It's such an interesting experience to receive pelvic bodywork. It's a non sexual experience in a region of our body that is highly sexualised. It allows us to connect to our own inner landscape in a vastly different way to exploring with a lover. Without the heat and excitement of sensual exchange it's easier to drop into the tissues, explore what they are holding, hear the body's messages and re-remember your own needs. I really encourage every woman to consider finding a Holistic Pelvic Care practitioner and journeying into the inner realms. It helps us to reclaim a part of ourselves that's been forgotten. A part of ourselves that thousands of years of patriarchy has tried to suppress. A part of ourselves that is rich, and powerful and wise. ________________ If you're local and you know it clap your hands. I have sessions available now. #holisticpelviccare #wombhealing #pelvicfloor #pelvichealing #postpartumhealing #knowthyself #midnorthcoastnsw #coffsharbour #pelvicbodywork #wombtemplehealing

10.01.2022 When you're living with pelvic problems it can seem like living with the darkness, deep inside your foundations. It really rocks you to your core. And whether you can heal through the darkness or come to manage it in some way, you can come to realise that this journey itself is full of gifts. In engaging your own healing process or coming to acceptance of what is, we can come to know ourselves in much deeper ways, understand more about the fragility of body, mind and emotion...s and also find the strength inside. We learn all kinds of things about ourselves, life and others through journeying with pelvic instability, disconnection and pain. Through difficult births, medical trauma, miscarriage, abortion and loss. We all have such different lessons to learn, some easy, some really really difficult. I hope you can all befriend your body, your situation and the depths of your being.

09.01.2022 When the water flows, the garden grows. Are you rivers running? Or is your juice drying up?... As women we use and lose a lot of our juices in mentstuating, growing, birthing and caring for our children and through the passage of menopause. As modern humans we use and lose our juices by never stopping, taking on too much and consuming alcohol, coffee, sugar and toxins far too much. These organic and inorganic pressures that deplete us make our rivers run dry. But were they ever flowing fully? Living in the end of the great patriarchal era our feminine had been squashed, desecrated and dishonoured. Shamed and abused. She is the great flowing river that is meant to nourish us all. Whatever gender or label we wear. Luckily the game is changing and the feminine waters are rising. Now is the time to drop into her muddy waters, to connect to our deep feminine flow, our deep feminine needs and knowings and bring them bubbling back into our lives. In welcoming her back she'll show us how to stop. How to pause, how to slow down and redress the balance in our life, the balance in our body, the balance in our mind and emotions. She is the river of knowing and we are meant to sit in her waters and know...before we rise and act on that knowing. Use this rain, these waters retuning as an opportunity to go down to your own inner river to pray. Pray for guidance. Pray for the return of balance, of health of JUCYNESS. For yourself, your daughters, your family, community and all beings. Amen. I'll be leading some juicy Wild Feminine gatherings this year in person (goddess permitting). If you'd like to join this closed circle of women on the Coffs coast, starting early Feb, be in touch and purchase the book Wild Feminine by Tami Kent asap. 08.01.2022 Wow! Im so excited to come across a new explanation on what causes many women's prolapses. Traditionally it is thought that the pelvic organs descend due to weakness of the pelvic floor or from being pushed around, stretching the fascia or ligaments in the birth process. This biotensegrity model proposes that the organs are being PULLED out of place from tension or scar tissue in the pelvic floor, pelvis, perineum.... Pulled out of place, not falling or dropping down. And that the integrity of the pelvis can be restored by releasing tension in the tissues that are holding and pulling. If you're affected by prolpase, check out this wonderful presentation by Anna Cowle, who has worked with many women in this way and had amazing, long lasting results in healing their prolapses. If you'd like to come in for a session to explore tension that could be pulling your organs out of place, please be in touch. https://youtu.be/6ckfvhnwRYQ

07.01.2022 Observe. What needs doing and what needs letting go. What needs priority, what can wait.... What I am feeling and where I am feeling it. Where is my comfort and where is my edge. What is this trigger and how can I soften? As the moon outside is waxing, inside I wane and I observe as I move in the premenstrum. A place of great potency and power. The Yang That will soon Turn to yin. 07.01.2022 Feel it out. Breathe it out. Sound it out. It's #birthtrauma awareness week. Do you know someone who had a difficult birth? ... Unfortunately the chances are high that you do. We have unprecedented rates of medical intervention in birth and many many women have a hugely challenging time birthing their babies. But not all birth trauma comes from what we may identify as traumatic births. When we birth, we open ourselves so wide and become so sensitive that even something that might not bother us usually can have a great impact. These traumas, big and small are held in our minds, hearts and the tissues of our body. We contract down around them, protecting ourselves from what happened, the immensity or gravity of the experience. It's a great strategy but there's an even better way to deal with it. Feel it, move with it, breathe it, sound it out, draw it out, speak about it and get it out of your body. Myself and other birth workers are here to help you gently, honestly, recover those places where you've hidden the pain, the shock, the trauma of your birth. Because you can't change what happened, but you can change the way you feel about it in your heart and in your body. 07.01.2022 Now that I'm rested I can bloom again boldly in this coming cycle. With my passion for deep rest, sometimes people presume that I just spend all day lying around! But it's not true! ... Just like everyone I have a house to keep and obligations to fulfill. While I was taking a menstrual break from my womb healing work over the past 5 days or so, I was concurrently working nights at a busy local restaurant. It's not optimal to be running around waiting tables when bleeding, but I was rested when I got to work each night as I'd delegated and discerned such that I had down time at other times. Even if you don't have time to lie down and nap, you can go slower, do rest, opt out of things, reschedule and connect to nature in simple ways. The more you prioritise yourself and protect yourself when you're vulnerable, the more you model this for your family and friends, and the more nourished you feel. So now I'm working at a cafe looking at this beautiful painting by Wayne de Jong @dejongw feeling like this beautiful flower blossoming out of the darkness deep rest. Ready for some exciting changes this coming month! #deeprest #rested #periodpositive #wombtemplehealing

06.01.2022 Tomorrow morning 9am est I'll be giving a talk on Boosting you Blood Building Power with Herbs as part of a Herbal Womb Wellbeing Speaker series. If you'd like to join me live jump on the link in the comments and sign up, you'll also get access to replays of the other juicy talks in the series. Below is a photo of Lotus, my friend Avalon's darling daughter. I was teaching her how to make slow cooked red meat stew many years ago when we lived on the headland.... The bulk of the greens she's holding came from what we dubbed "the stew plant" an abundant green and red plant that just arose in the garden. Building blood is a terrifically important duty as a human, for blood is the currency of vitality. Without it our bodies become compromised in so many ways. In this talk I'll be focusing on herbs and spices that can help us get more out of our food and get more bang for our blood building buck. Hope you can join me

06.01.2022 Spring has definitely sprung in our home sanctuary! The mango trees are in full blossom and everywhere I go I hear the humming of bees and the chirping of birds. Have you ever considered the effect of the seasons on your pelvic health? I'm sure it's not a commonly mused upon topic.... We've just come through the coldest most yin time of the year which not only makes us want to snuggle up inside but effects our own body's balance of Yin and Yang. For many of the women I work with, myself included, have diminished Yang in their bodies - their digestive fires are not that strong, they find it hard to get fired up in all kinds of ways. The winter can be hard if you have this kind of imbalance or constitution. The cold and damp can dampen your own inner fires and make you feel heavier and exasperate prolapses and digestive disorders. This winter I dabbled in super strong ginger tea to add some Yang to my deficient constitution. I also saw it work for some of my clients who were getting bloated after meals through the cold season. But now everything's changing and here comes the Yang! The weather is warming up and things will be easier for these kinds of women, the Yang in the environment will fire up their digestion and put a new spring in their step. But the spring will bring challenge for others! If you have heavy bleeding or other heat related pelvic problems like inflammation or skin conditions, the weather heating up may pose a challenge for you. Balancing the rising environmental Yang will be important, incorporating a bit more cooling foods and activities, and perhaps taking Chinese herbs to spread out the warmth evenly in your body may be useful. It all comes back to balance. The seasons shift and so must we. I hope we get lots of mangoes! #balance #spring #pelvichealing #prolapse #heavybleeding #seasonalchanges #wombtemplehealing

05.01.2022 I've had people cry after my deep rest sessions because they didn't know that that kind of rest experience was possible. Here's what one of my clients said about my Deep Rest Yoga Nidra sessions: "Chaitanya has facilitated the deepest relaxation experiences of my life."... Do you need to learn a practice that can help you feel rested in the days and help you fall asleep at night? It's that powerful. And the keys are right there in your own body. Now when I can't sleep I don't need a recording anymore, I just move my awareness around the points and voilà! I'm usually asleep again in no time.
