AMAYDA Bullying Prevention Programs is an initiative to make a real impact against bullying in schools using a s...pecifically designed Martial Arts/Boxing program designed to give students all the traditional values of RESPECT, COURAGE, INTEGRITY, RESILIENCE and EXCELLENCE combined with the best real world self defence training and bullying mitigation strategies to Empower kids to no longer be a victim to this ever growing problem. We have been overwhelmed and now have 43 plus schools running our programs and we already have more than 1500 students enrolled for 2021 and we need your help. We now have support funding for programs in Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns and Mt Isa. If you live in these areas and are interested in joining our team please contact us as soon as possible. If you have Martial Arts/Boxing Experience and or Personal Training Experience and have a spirit geared to helping others and are available between the hours of 12-4pm and interested in helping us lead the fight against bullying? Then we need your help. This is a real opportunity supported by our National Ambassador Jeff ‘The Hornet’ Horn - Anti-Bullying Program Director Glenn Rushton and Coordinated by our CEO / Founder Frank Mechler. Our YDM’s (Youth Development Mentors/Trainers) will receive FREE Accreditation and Training in the AMAYDA Empowerment Programs and full support to ensure the programs success as we roll out in 2021. Our YDM’s will be paid a class fee up to $100 per hour for their time and commitment to help us in battling a problem that is close to all our hearts. 08.01.2022 ANBF MALE FIGHTER OF THE YEAR - BEN KITE. ANBF FEMALE FIGHTER OF THE YEAR - SHANNON O'CONNELL. Congratulations to Ben and Shannon.... Not only did Ben win the Australian title on the defending champions own promotion, he was also defending his own Australasian title for the third time in that bout. Ben then went on to defend the title against a very worthy challenger, in what was his 5th consecutive ANBF sanctioned title fight. Shannon has done it all. Regional title fights, world title fights. Home and abroad. Although having an illustrious career, she had never won the Aussie title. Shannon changed that when she took on the undefeated Kylie Fulmer on the huge Horn v Tszyu card in Townsville, and won in impressive fashion.
