12.01.2022 I am almost 48 To all my female friends from 45 years & up: Most of us are going through the next phase of our lives. We're at that age where we see wrinkles, wear glasses, have some gray hair, & extra pounds. We see the cute 25-year-olds & reminisce. But we were also 25, just as they will one day be our age.... We aren't the "girls in their summer clothes" anymore. What they bring to the table with their youth & zest, we bring with our wisdom & experience. We have raised families, run households, paid the bills, dealt with diseases, sadness, & everything else life has given us. Some of us have lost those that were nearest & dearest to us. We are survivors. We are warriors in the quiet. We are women, like a classic car or a fine wine. Even if our bodies aren't what they once were, they carry our souls, our courage, & our strength. We shall all enter this chapter of our lives with humility, grace, & pride over everything we have been through, & we should never feel bad about getting older. It's a privilege that is denied to so many.

08.01.2022 What is my Why? In ancient times women gathered together to have deep connection with one another passing on wisdom, sharing stories and offering love and acceptance. There was no isolation like there is in today’s super busy and device connecting world! In our modern world today such a rite of passage has been lost but is needed, longed for and craved more than ever My aim is to create community and hold a safe beautiful space for women to come together in a Circle and ...show support and understanding to each other. My hope and dream is to bring women out of depression, loneliness and despair and come together to connect & feel a circle of trust, and connection and express their true beautiful selves and to grow in strength to face today’s world and daily life demands. My dream is to bring back true meaning to women’s lives. I will be holding the first of many Women Village Circles on December 15th here on the Sunshine Coast and it includes a meditation and creative activity with a keepsake and a take home goodie bag. If you feel you have been longing and looking for your village circle and tribe please contact me. This is happening and will be a community you will love to be a part of just as I long for it too. 01.01.2022 I have just spent the last 3 days at a wonderful retreat at Sunshine Beach with some beautiful women including; Amanda Rootsey from Shine from Within, Leah Castle, Melissa Ambrosini (many heartfelt thanks for being who you are in supporting and encouraging me to shine bright with my passion) working on bringing my business of the Women Village to you all; Leaping from the online group space to you all in the flesh in the way of holding a Women Village Circle If you have been looking and wanting your very own Women Village well then watch this space as I will be posting about my very first upcoming event that I will host in December
