23.01.2022 Looks like systems are go for the Casino pop culture festival on the 18th of August. If you want to be a part of the dance 1/study the video of us at the women’s festival to learn the moves . 2/Let us know you are interested here so we can add you to the chat group. 3/Come to a meet up at the Lismore Quadrangle 12noon 30th July and/ or 11am 8th August. For a practice 4/Get yourself a Wonder Woman costume.... 5/ Unleash your inner Wonder Woman and dance dance dance! All ages, genders and abilities welcome. We are an inclusive mob but there will be no last minute ring ins on the day. You must make contact with our league before the day. Having said that we’d love to have a huge mob of Wonder Woman wowing the streets of casino! Come on you know you want to! Wonder Women let’s dance. See more

11.01.2022 See you today at the Lismore quad 12 noon? Been studying the moves there’s approximately 15 here’s the summary hope it makes sense. 1/ Music starts do Wonder Woman spin drop capes 2/Back into one circle backs in front out, join hands and put them up together 3/ Step and punch out 4/ Step and punch in... 5/ Get into line punch to sides at different angles. 6/ Step to the side at alternate direction to the Wonder Woman in front of you 7/Lasso out and in 8/ Form jet circle and spin around, turn around and spin the other direction. 9/ Spin out and do freestyle dance/fight/power stances 10/ Comeback into circle with wrists crossed facing out. 11/ Punch out, punch up, punch down 12/ Step into sparring with partner (just pretend you have one if there’s in even numbers) 13/ Come into V formation, hands on hips 14/ Make WW formation as a group and hold 15/ Music change free dance to I’m ever woman. 05.01.2022 Hey Wonder women how are you all? Have you found a costume? Have you looked at the steps?Robyn has suggested a practice tomorrow after 4pm. I reckon the Dunoon Sporties as a meeting place. Indoor or outdoor practice space and there is delicious food available for dinner. I have an 8 seater so book in early :)
