22.01.2022 Yesterdays Kids in the Kitchen were students from M1 and they did a fantastic job. Lunch was delicious. Kids in the Kitchen will be back again in Term 4, look out for the menu coming out soon.

22.01.2022 Year 6 Families As part of our Year 6 Graduation celebrations on Monday 14 December, we will be playing a Power Point presentation which will have of photographs of the year 6 students now and from when they were in Preschool. To assist us with the presentation, it is requested that parents or carers provide us with a photograph of their year 6 child from when they were in Preschool or Transition (approximately 5 years of age). Please email this to [email protected], bring it into the front office to be scanned or message to the school Facebook page.

20.01.2022 Transition Families - Don't forget to return the expression of interest for swimming lessons by Friday this week. We need to be able to meet minimum numbers for the program to go ahead.

16.01.2022 On Thursday 10 September Eia, Rochan, Rohan and Toby from Woodroffe Primary School joined over 70 students from schools across Darwin and Palmerston to participate in a Student Mathematics Enrichment Day. Students participated in problem solving, working through pattern challenges, using Microbits, designing and measuring the friction of various surfaces, building and measuring the distance achieved using a catapult and programming a Sphero to complete various tasks. The students work in pairs to complete the various challenges. To conclude the day all students built a giant pyramid demonstrating teamwork and resilience. Our students represented our school with distinction.

14.01.2022 Next week is the last week of Term 3. Make sure you place your Kids in the Kitchen order by 2.30pm on Monday 21 September for lunch on Wednesday 23. Remember, there are no canteen orders on Wednesdays, only Kids in the Kitchen.

14.01.2022 Our Family Photos will be taken tomorrow in Frangipani 1, our Therapy Room located at the front of the school in the breezeway near the roller doors. There will be chairs outside the room, please wait for Bede (the photographer) to call you in.

11.01.2022 School Photos have arrived!! We are currently sorting and will deliver to classrooms today so please look out for them in your child's school bag. If there are any issues or questions regarding photos, please contact The School Photographer on 1300 795 850.

08.01.2022 A small group of students were invited to attend the opening of the Children's Megafauna Nature Playground at the Territory Wildlife Park. This was a collaborative project with a number of other schools, local artists and local businesses. Today students were able to see the final result of their contribution to this project.

06.01.2022 Our Year 6 students are visiting Palmerston College today for a Taster Day. This is an important orientation into middle school.

06.01.2022 Some fantastic costumes for our Student Voice Positive Choice Leadership organised Superhero Dress Up day today. Over $290 raised for The Starlight Children's Foundation. Thank you to everyone.
