25.01.2022 Tips for styling an entryway Your home's entryway should be both welcoming and functional! You don't need a huge mudroom to make it useful! All you need are these few things: 1. Our All-In-One entryway organiser! This has everything you need - mail or document holder, shelf space for things and decor, coat pegs for hanging bags, jackets and other stuff and strong magnetic key holders (my favourite as it makes the shelf look clean and minimalist!)... 2. Add decor such as a mirror, vase, plants etc. 3. Or you can also add a bench underneath the shelf for shoe storage and seating That's it! Less things, less clutter. He was running around in front of our house and he tripped and his forehead hit the step in our front porch. I thought it was nothing but when he got up, his whole face was covered in blood and he was crying at the top of his lungs! Of cou...rse, I was freaking out, so I called his dad frantically and we rushed him to the hospital and luckily everything's all good. This has happened twice already, last time was in the daycare of his little sister. He was running to see his sister and he hit the wall! Omg, this little boy. 10.01.2022 Yesterday was my birthday! We had a small celebration with the team the day before and a family dinner on the day itself. This year is probably one of the best ones I had. It's the year we made my baby a company, John joined me full-time, and hired people to join our team! This year is also turning out to be our best sales ever! Although we've made soooo many sacrifices for Woodyoubuy, I still believe it's worth it! I never thought that we will be able to build and grow a co...mpany that I initially thought to be temporary. When I wake up in the morning, my body and mind still feels so tired (from all our sleepless night packing orders) but my heart is just so excited for the day! It's true that when you really love what you are doing, it doesn't feel like work. I get so passionate when I talk to my husband about designs I want to be made and future plans for Woodyoubuy. I also never imagined that we are able to hire people and provide income to them. I just feel very happy when I think we are able to help someone in our own little way! However, I still want our life (and our home) to be a bit normal. Bit by bit, we are trying to make some changes in our lifestyle - trying to exercise more, get the kids out to play in the playground, eat healthy food etc. Our workshop is nearly finished - so we can move out most of the wood stuff inside our house to the workshop space. Honestly I am very very thankful for everything and everyone I am thankful for all the blessings and lessons I have learned. I am thankful for all the people that I have met. I am thankful for the team at Woodyoubuy who has been helping and giving their all at work. And I am thankful for my family and most especially John, for being my rock and strength the entire time Thank you, so much! Lesley
