19.01.2022 Just a reminder for those who swim 50 metre events or longer at swimming club, you are not allowed to put your feet on the bottom of the pool at the turn. Numerous swimmers ended up with corrections on Monday night for doing this.

13.01.2022 Do your arms look like this when doing breaststroke? How about your legs are they narrow like this swimmer legs? Remember in your breaststroke your arms only need to come to about your chin. The legs make the shape of a W and an l.

06.01.2022 When doing butterfly notice how this swimmer kicks as hands enter the water, and kicks once again when her hands about to exit the water. When your arms move over the water your arms should soft and relaxed like the wings of a butterfly. When you kick try and keep your body nice and long like a caterpillar.
