12.01.2022 Desperately trying to hang on to the insights from the Natalie Miller Brilliant Careers Conference 24/25 October! There has been a palpable shift in the industry from the first conference I went to, and a clear recognition that stories (especially those we are exposed to as children) have a profound effect on our expectations in life. We become what we see. Diversity (in all its forms) in lead characters, casting, and stories is vital for a healthy society. Thanks to the South Australian Film Corporation for helping with the cost of the conference!

Stories remain a vital tool for us to build empathy,... provide solace and levity, and encourage humane heroism. This time of introspection is the perfect time to revisit your scripts or other stories, a perfect chance to make it excellent. We will continue to work on our projects and our commissions. 05.01.2022 The momentum from Screen Forever continues. Such a great awards night, too, celebrating so many diverse and gutsy and entertaining projects that have made it to our screens. The Forum Theatre was full of shiny, happy people!

03.01.2022 Thinking of all the businesses and individuals who are closing up shop either temporarily or permanently due to the pandemic. We're very grateful to still be busy - working on our own and other people's creations. Part of our screen slate is now being adapted for podcast, which is A LOT of fun. Stay well, everyone.
