23.01.2022 Mt Martha Wordsmith, James, takes story planning very seriously! Such detail and focus! Some professional writers prefer to plan their stories scene-by-scene, chapter-by-chapter. Others prefer to just jump in and see where the story takes them. At Wordsmiths we encourage our young writers to have some sort of plan to guide their writing, even if it's just having an idea of what their main character wants and how they'll try to get it in the story. But if inspiration strikes and a Wordsmith is keen to get their ideas written down, we just stand back and watch the magic :)
