17.01.2022 No need to give up training guys! We are following the recommended safety guidelines for your safety and are practicing social distancing beautifully each morning as displayed here by these legendary members! Body weight does not mean boring!... Book in for Monday and I’ll make sure I come up with more fun ideas to keep you fit during this otherwise tricky time for many.

15.01.2022 Looking forward to a great bodyweight session tomorrow morning as per current Live Life Get Active guidelines! We take your safety seriously and will continue to follow all recommendations from the Department of Health. Get a good sleep so your body is ready to go! Bring a mat if you would like to use one for ground based work, bring a towel (compulsory), practise good hand hygiene and please be mindful of social distancing rules as you workout.... **If you are unwell make sure you stay at home and get the rest you need.

06.01.2022 Hi guys, It looks as though we are ok to continue running for now (following the very strict social distancing and body weight only rules). This is obviously a very fluid situation so I'll be updating members here as I learn any new info.... The most important thing to remember is to stay at home if you are unwell, immunocompromised or part of a vulnerable demographic. I will continue to act in accordance with all regulations as they are set and provide a safe and fun workout each morning until such a time that we are not permitted. Stay well and see you soon if you feel comfortable enough to come along and join in. BYO mat and towel! Chantelle xo

04.01.2022 Hi lovely workout friends.... It is with much sadness that I inform you all that Live Life Get Active will be closing all bootcamps in NSW (including ours) as of 3 April 2020 due to the COVID 19 crisis. I am going to attempt to keep this message as brief as I can but I need to just say a few words of thanks and encouragement.... Many of you know I've had several personal challenges over the last little while and I can assure you this closure will impact me as much as it wi...ll you. I will have a think about online options and LLGA are also working out other alternatives but please be patient as I digest the loss of my last source of income and as the organisation regroups and restructures. I would like to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for supporting this initiative and also for supporting me, laughing along with me when I give you awful things to do in the name of sweat and for being a really lovely group of people to spend time with as the sun comes up. On that note...... The sun always comes up. Always. We might be down for now but we will be back and rise up just like the sun does each morning as we chat and exercise. In the meantime.... We still have a little over a week to workout together so let's make it count! I'll try to get all my fave workouts in during our week together at an acceptable distance apart from each other of course! Nick will look after you all tomorrow. See you on the courts on Thursday. Love and gratitude to you all. xoxoxoxo

02.01.2022 Hello again Workouters! As promised, we will be keeping you updated about policies and protocols over the coming little while due to COVID-19. Further to my earlier note (below), I've been advised by LLGA head office that until further notice, we will be doing body weight only sessions at Live Life Get Active.... This means no equipment, no boxing and no person to person contact at all. You can still expect a fun workout! I promise! Please still bring a towel and adhere to all the hygiene standards outlined below ESPECIALLY THE ONE ABOUT STAYING HOME IF YOU ARE UNWELL. Buy a mat (very cheap at Kmart, Big W and The Reject Shop) to use if you require padding for your knees during push ups and other ground based exercises (I'll keep them to a minimum this week as we adjust) as I will not be supplying ANY shared equip. I understand change is difficult for us all and adjusting can be tricky but please remain kind and be positive about trying new ways to workout! Let's look after each other as we continue to Live Life and Get Active together during very interesting times. Chantelle. xo
